Reception and Waiting Areas
Reception furniture helps set expectations before a meeting begins.
A stone coffee table or side table can give the waiting area a stronger sense of permanence and provide a clear link to the materials used elsewhere in the interior.
Larger entrance spaces may suit a bespoke statement table positioned beneath artwork, lighting or company branding.
Boardrooms and Meeting Spaces
A stone table can create a substantial centre for a boardroom, meeting room or private client space.
The proportions need to be considered alongside:
- the room dimensions
- number of seats
- chair position
- access around the table
- presentation requirements
- practical equipment
- delivery and installation access
An existing dining table may provide the basis for the design, or a bespoke table can be created around the meeting room.
Our process
1. Your Idea
It begins with a conversation. Share your brief, concept, or inspiration. We can either tailor one of our signature pieces or design something from scratch, dependant on your requirements.
2. Visualisation
Our designers will create 3D visualisations and dimensional drawings, allowing you to see your future piece in detail before production begins. We’ll work closely with you to refine every element — from proportions to edge detailing and finish options.
3. Stone selection
You’ll have access to our extensive library of materials, including globally sourced marbles, quartz, granites, and advanced sintered stones such as Neolith, Silestone, Quartzform, and Dekton. You may even select your exact slab from our warehouse, ensuring each piece is distinctly yours.
4. Crafting
Once you’re happy with every detail, we’ll begin production with a 50% deposit. From this point, your piece will be handcrafted and delivered within 4–6 weeks, installed by our expert team in your room of choice.
Executive Offices and Client Lounges
Coffee tables and side tables can be used within executive offices, breakout rooms and client lounges.
Travertine creates a warmer, more understated setting. Marble introduces stronger movement and contrast, while granite has a denser, more architectural presence.
The same material can be repeated across several pieces to give the interior a consistent character.
Commercial Furniture Made to Order
Each Virrelli piece is handmade in England.
A commercial project can begin with an existing design, required dimensions or a wider interior brief. Practical requirements should be raised before design and production so that their feasibility can be reviewed.
